I love living here! The location and amenities are amazing. The staff is outstanding; from our barista, maintenance team, cleaning crew to our beloved concierge, everyone is amazing. I love uptown 550, the amenities are incredible and a pleasure to have access to on a daily basis. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Justin, Clyde, Tyler, Drew, Eric, and Corey are all a joy to interact with whether I am grabbing a package or returning the simulator key or just passing by at the elevator. Moving into an apartment complex, this is the concierge team you want to have. The community they have created & the energy they bring to the complex go above and beyond what I would consider expectation. Shoutout every one of them, I know if I ever need anything, they will be there. I doubt I will ever experience a team like this again, they are truly unmatched.
Justin at concierge is a huge help and is always super communicative and approachable. Definitely makes living here a much safer and enjoyable experience

Uptown 550 is place I’ve lived for a long time and the service has always been great, especially the concierge team. Justin has been tremendously helpful along with the rest of the concierge staff and are always friendly and supportive
Beautiful amenities. Concierge team is a dream!! Everyone including Cora and Justin are very friendly and helpful. Barista is so friendly and makes the best drinks. (Would be 5/5 but maintenance requests are a nightmare. They don’t communicate when they’ll show up to fix things and sometimes check things are done when they haven’t put in the work.)
Uptown 550 is a great place to live! The whole staff is very accommodating. Our leasing agent, Daleia, was amazing help in our move in process. She helped ensure an easy transition and I recommend you ask for her when you stop by the leasing office for a tour!
